Exclude category

Hi,

My excluded category function stopped working. Is anyone else having this issue? I have an ‘Archive” category with an ID of 96 and entering either the category name or ID has no effect. I downgraded back to 3.0.5 and it works fine as it always has but it does not work in 3.1.
