Exclude Category From Widget View

The widget currently has the ability to only show either all categories or a single certain category.
However, I would like for the widget to show all categories except for one.
But I don’t want to exclude that category in the main plugin settings either because I want to show the ratings for that excluded category separately in it’s own 2nd widget.
