Exclude Certain Dates does not work

01-08-2015 is August 1st 2015 which has already passed. Nothing will match it.

01th is not a valid date.

Today is 21-09-2015 and works fine here.

In my wordopress I have 01-08-2015 date and not work.
I have 10 site with this data and not work!!

I think there is some confusion here.

Exclude Certain Dates is not for date(s) of posts to exclude.

It’s for specific date(s) not to schedule any posts.

Separate exclusion dates with commas. Recognized formats: d-m-Y, d-m, M, d.
Examples: 25-12-2015 (Dec 25th of 2015), 25-12 (every Dec 25th), Dec (all of December), and 25 (25th of every month).
