• Hi

Would it be possible to exclude certain IP’s from the block?

E.g. I know that my client’s IP is X, and there are a few people in their office on that IP and I want to exclude that IP so they can all see the website without the block.

I also have another tool that talks to the website that’s getting blocked as it makes an http request and I’d like to be able to exclude it’s IP.

    Would this be possible?

  • Hi @lab41, I’m having the same issue with version 2.0.4 of the plugin and wordpress 4.6. Could you solve this?

This issue should now be resolved.

You can now whitelist specific IPs using the “Allow IP Addresses” field (Settings > Hide My Site > General > Allow IP Addresses). Multiple IPs can be listed in a comma seperated list, but make sure there is no space after the commas. For example if you had the IPs 69.89.31.226 and 70.89.31.226 you would enter them like this: 69.89.31.226,70.89.31.226

IP addresses listed here will be granted access, whereas everyone else will see the password login screen. If it’s still not working after trying the above there might be another problem at play on your site, for example a caching issue.

    Best,
    Justin
