Exclude certain orders to send to sendcloud.

Hello,

I want to hook into sendcloud plugin and send to sendcloud only certain orders that have metadata different from others.

For example how can I create a filter in woocomerce that sends the orders that have only a promocode.

What hook does sendcoloud use to send the woocomerce orders to sendcloud ? So I can create a filter around it.
