Exclude encoding on a page without post id

  • Hi,
    I want to exclude email encoding on the woocommerce “order received” page. I want to use a google reviews form on that page and it doesn’t work with email encoding. As this page doesn’t have a specific id, how can I make this work?

    Most likely the order received is also part of a custom page – You can check that within the source code of the page – within the <body> tag, you do have various CSS classes, which also contain the single-post class, along with a number at the end – this is the ID of the web page.
