Exclude file from Lock and Protect System Folders by complete path

I have to exclude the file plugins/ti-woocommerce-wishlist-premium/includes/api/ajax.php Lock and Protect system.

I am adding the path using sgs_whitelist_wp_content filter, as the answer suggested here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/need-to-exclude-a-plugin-from-lock-and-protect-system-folders/

but the complete path doesn’t work, if I only pass the filename with the folder path it works. ajax.php is not a unique name so I don’t wanna use just the name there and allow other ajax.php to access things if they exist.

so how can I add a complete path to the matching rule?
