Exclude Filetypes

Hi, firstly awesome plugin you have helped so many people kudos to you ??

Was just wondering if we can exclude certain filetypes from the logs? our logs are polluted with CSS, JS and Images 404 but we really only want to focus on monitoring pages is it possible to exclude these from logging and redirecting?
