Hi, I’m evaluating grid plugins for our site, so using the free version.

I’d like to display the latest post differently (larger) at the top of the page before showing the rest of the posts in a grid.

Is there a way to exclude the latest post from the grid so I can display the first post before the grid?

At the moment I have my latest post large at the top, then the grid, but the latest post is repeated in the grid and it looks bad.

Also, will the single license work on a multisite? We’ve sectioned parts of the site off to prevent people damaging the main site when managing their area of responsibility!

    Thanks,
    Jo

Ok, I’ve had a look at the docs and I’m assuming this is only possible in the PRO version using “one and others” layout.

So my other question remains – will the single license work on a single site that has been split up with a multisite installation?

    Hello,

    # I’d like to display the latest post differently (larger) at the top of the page before showing the rest of the posts in a grid.
=> Yes, you can use “One & others” layout in Content Views Pro

    # Is there a way to exclude the latest post from the grid?
=> There is Offset setting in Content Views Pro, where you can exclude first post (or exclude first N posts).
And you can use it with ANY layout, not only “One & others” layout ??

    # will the single license work on a single site that has been split up with a multisite installation
=> It will work if ALL sub sites in your multisite network use SAME theme & plugins.
So they are identical, and we can consider it as one site.

    Best regards,
