Exclude filter not working

    Hi there,

    I’d like to exclude some templates that we created for the courses but it’s not working at all and I cannot find a mistake.
    I used it like exclude=”template” and wrote template in the title of the courses. They are still all shown.

    Is there a known bug here?

    Hi @sfahr2020,

    Note, the exclude parameter in the shortcode excludes webinars which contain that exact word somewhere in the title. I would also double check the way you have done your quotes around template, it should be like “template”.

    So with exclude=”template” it would mean the following webinar wouldn’t show:

    “This is my webinar template”

    and this would show

    “This is another webinar title”

    I used the exact wording for the exclude parameter.
    I have the same problem with include=”example” to generate a filter that is also not working.

    Hi @sfahr2020,

    I am not sure why this would be. To provide further help what I recommend doing is creating a page with the shortcode with no filters, and then underneath the shortcode with filters, take a screenshot of the edit page and send me a link to the live page.
