Exclude / Hide Widget

  • Hi there, i run WP 2.7 and i need a way to exclude or hide a widget from a certain usergroup ( role ), how can i get that done ?

  • I found a plugin to do the job done. “Display Widgets” your problem will be solved 100%. It has great feature hide any widget from any page or post or homage or archives page. It also has option or showing widget which mean if you want the widget show only on or more page and no where else it will do. This plugin rocks I have been using it for last 12 days working fine for me. Here is the link you can download from.

    I just installed this too, I have an HTML coded widget that takes you to a certain page, but I don’t want it to show once you get there.
