    Hey guys,

I’m currently running the site on CF and using your Super Page Cache for CF plugin.

I’m looking into using ShortPixel Adaptive Images which uses its own CDN to host the images, which I’d be happy to use.

But how would this work with your plugin? Should I be excluding the images from CF’s CDN if I wanted to serve them via ShortPixel Adaptive Images?

    Cheers, Jo

    Hi @joe-bloggs,
There is no way to exclude images from cache. But if the shortpixel adaptive image CDN changes the image URL to some other hostname then it won’t be served though Cloudflare CDN.

So, for example your images are like this: https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/something.jpg but if shortpixel changes that URL to https://something-shortpixel-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/something.jpg then it won’t be served though Cloudflare as the hostname is getting changed. This same logic applies to Jetpack image CDN. It also changes the image hostname, so they don’t create conflict with other CDN system used on the website.

Many thanks for the answer @isaumya , it makes a perfect sense.

No problem @joe-bloggs. Happy to help. ?? You can also try out Optimole which also provide great image optimization and even offloading the images from your server if you want.
