• Hi,

There is a conflict when I turn on your plugin the Ultimate Member ReCaptcha plugin breaks and cannot log in. The checkbox / challenge works OK but then always comes back with an error that the attempt was invalid / outdated. When I turn this plugin off, it works OK.

The login page I am referring to has it’s own recaptcha, so if I can exclude this plugin from running at URL /login/ it will work fine. But, I can’t find any option for URL exclusion list or whitelist or anything like that…

Is there a way to exclude this plugin from installing on pages that don’t need it?

This would also be a helpful feature for optimization.

I like the plugin and it seems to work OK otherwise…

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You can exclude login/register form from settings page of the plugin.

    Hi,

I should have specified, the login page that I’m referring to is not the /wp-admin/ login, your plugin is working OK on the normal WP login page, and that login submits through OK.

From what I can tell, in the settings for this plugin, you can enable it to run on Login page, and that is referring to the /wp-admin/ login, correct?

The issue is on the Ultimate Member login page, a hand-made page with the Ultimate Member login shortcode on it that runs the login form etc. I don’t think any of the checkboxes in your settings page target it.

    – This is the page I want to exclude your plugin from running on:
    https://www.mystyleplatform.com/login/

    – NOT this page, which works OK:
    https://www.mystyleplatform.com/wp-admin/

Can you verify if your plugin runs on this first page? Because, it currently does not work when logging in, but if I disabled this plugin, it does work, so I’m assuming excluding this plugin from this page would fix the issue and let the ReCaptcha that this page already has included by UltimateMember run as normal.

    Does that make sense?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I never did see any option in the plugin settings for excluding the plugin from running on page. It still breaks the Ultimate Member login page’s own captcha if this plugin is enabled.

Can you put a screen shot of what you are referring to? I only see options to enable/disable this feature on the supported pages, and it seems to break the other login page even though there is no checkbox that enables this plugin for that page.

It should not interfere on pages it doesn’t run on, to avoid conflicts. Can you help?
