• Hi, I’m hoping to eliminate a large gap in forms that are submitted. There’s space for data for up to four children; if none of the fields are filled in, I still get a large gap in the form submittal, as if it’s allowing space for all these empty fields. These are how I have the fields set up in “Mail”. Name, birthdate and cell are text fields; gender is a checkbox; and email is an email field. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Children:
    [FirstChildName] [FirstChildBirthdate] [FirstChildGender] [ChildCel1]
    [ChildEmail1]
    [SecondChildName] [SecondChildBirthdate] [SecondChildGender] [ChildCel2]
    [ChildEmail2]
    [ThirdChildName] [ThirdChildBirthdate] [ThirdChildGender] [ChildCel3]
    [ChildEmail3]
    [FourthChildName] [FourthChildBirthdate] [FourthChildGender] [ChildCel4]
    [ChildEmail4]

Where can we see the website in question?

    Hello @2cats,

Did you try to tick the Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output checkbox below Message body within Mail tab?

Thank you — yes, I did check the “Exclude lines…” box, I should have mentioned that. .

Sorry I did not post the page initially for logged-in users only, is there a way I can send that to you privately? Thanks!
