Exclude "Not a support question".

  • Also, can we exclude those we can’t respond to because of their age?

    Also include/exclude the “Topic Closed”.

    When you post to a support forum, Status field can be:

    – Not Resolved
    – Resolved
    – Not a support question.

    I’m referring to the last one.
