Exclude one produkt in cart step

Hello,

we use Min Max Default Quantity for WooCommerce in 4.5.4 version in our shop to sell bottles.

Cause of bottles and the fitting package we can only sell from minimum 6 bottles and then 6er cart steps. Everything works fine. Now we would like to sell a produkt without this limitation. Just one of this product is enough to order.

Is it possible to exclude just one product from the minimum cart and step cart?
