• In an attempt to improve page load times, I have installed WP Fastest Cache. While it has improved load times, the caching has resulted in my “open” status not updating properly. I would like to exclude Opening Hours from caching but have not identified how to do so. I have disabled caching for now until I can identify a solution.

    Thank you.

    Hi @rnfwpo2019 ,

you’re right, this is a fundamental problem when using caching and a plugin that operates “in real time”. One option would be to set the cache timeout to 30min in your case, for the page where the plugin is shown. As far as i know, there is no way of reloading a widget all the time while keeping the rest cached.

    I hope this helps

    Thanks for the response @janizde.

I know WP Fastest Cache has a place to put in exclusions, but not sure how to identify Opening Hours as an exclusion.

    Thanks again,

    Tom
