Thanks for your response. I’ve tested those recommended settings however unfortunately they slow the search performance so much that the request timeout before it can return the results. The timeout limit is set to 300 seconds.

I’ve left “Listen catalog visibility” enabled however am I correct assuming this setting is reliant on the others being enabled too?

Could you also recommend if there’s any settings which can improve the performance of the show count/dynamic recount settings?

Thanks for those recommendations, the search isn’t timing out now those settings are enabled.

The search doesn’t listen to product visibility still though, there’s still the blank areas where the hidden products are.

I’m testing these settings in a staging environment which has password protection active. Can I share the auth login details in a private channel? then I’m happy to share where the issue can be viewed too.
