    Hello @rggm,

We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. We apologize as this feature is not available at the moment. As an alternative, you may add the code from the link below to your site.

    Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/tibfDj61

This code adds a filter to prevent displaying products when their stock status is Out Of Stock.

We hope you can back up your data first and give it a try afterward.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You

    Hi There,

Thank you for your response. I guess it worked but I have another 2 concern:

Why does the Percentage shows a range of same %? Shouldn’t it be if the % across the variants is the same, it should only show single percent and not range? https://ibb.co/py557vg

Also, I think the random products does not change unless the cache expires. It only changes the products if I purge the cache. Is that intended? If yes, is it possible to bypass that? Thank you.

    Hello @rggm,

We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. Regarding the issue with displaying the same discount range, after further investigation, we found that this is a bug. Normally, we do not display the range when there are varying discounts, such as with a Grouped Product.

To resolve this issue, you can try replacing the file ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/class/elements/views/class-product-grid-view.php on your site with the file in the link below.

    File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1R4ICQYvubQpW3MaOg1w5oW3IlHWDZh2y/view?usp=sharing

Regarding the cache issue, what type of cache are you using? Is it Object Cache or HTML Cache? If it is HTML Cache, it seems that this might not be possible.

Dynamic data or frequently changing content is usually not intended to be stored in cache. Cache systems typically need to create rules to ensure that pages with frequently changing data are not cached. For example, from what I know, some cache plugins often exclude the Checkout and Cart pages (from WooCommerce) from their cache because the data on those pages constantly changes.

For now, this is all we can suggest. We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You
