Hi. I have tried every suggestion I could find on the wordpress support forum regarding exclusion of the box popup on designated pages. The box shows up regardless of my settings excluding the box.

I have entered the proper slugs, cleared the cache, test mode is off in both General Settings and on the box creation page itself. It happens on mobile, desktop, and even incognito. All plugins and wordpress are fully updated.

Prime example is I do not want a “contact” popup appearing on the contact page. It always does. I have it excluded from three pages, but it always appears on all three pages.

Settings for this box are:

Load this box if
Request matches any of the following conditions.
If page is not contact
If page is not feedback
If page is not review

The settings are:

with a clear cache the box always still appears…
Any suggestions?

Instead of page is not home, could you try if url is not /
probably do the same for the other page url is not “/redirect-dominayuki-ch”

ps. If I only have one rule it seems to work. If I add more than one rule, it seems to stop working. It does not seem to matter what the rule is or what page/URL is included, just that there can only be one rule.

@sarritah The rule you’ve set is if ANY condition is met with condition
page is not page1
or page is not page2
or page is not page3

Whatever page you are on, you will ALWAYS hit at least 2 of those conditions.
Please change it to “Request matches ALL of the following conditions.”
so the rule becomes page is not page1 AND page is not page2 etc.
