[Plugin: Exclude Pages][Feature request] Tickbox in quick edit

Hi Simon,

Thanks for this amazing little plugin. Love it!

Not sure if it’s possible, but I think it would be absolutely awesome if a ‘include/exclude pages’ tickbox could be included in the quick edit for pages and posts.
Quite often I just want to quickly check what the status is and/or is that the only thing I’d be changing, so using quick edit instead of the full edit would be incredibly convenient!
