Exclude posts bug

Nice little plugin, however there’s a problem: when you call get_posts() on line 76 to find out which ones to exclude, the default is to only return 5 and hence you can only exclude 5 posts. Need to add the parameter for ‘numberposts’ => -1 to get all the excluded posts.
Not sure if the same problem will apply to excluding pages as I only discovered this issue while trying to exclude posts.
