    Hi Lads,

    I was wondering how could I reset Code Snippet plug in and omit all the codes those I have embedded in. Yesterday took me almost four hours to figure out the code, and I managed successfully to achieve what I was looking for. However, when I wrote the same code twice but for two different product’s categories, my WordPress had crashed as a result, and I haven’t been able to login ever since, Every time I try to login, there is the message keeps popping up “fatal error.” I spent all night just thinking how to resolve the problem until I managed today morning to delete a snippet plug in, and I could restore my WP afterwards. It seems I am not able to use any of these Snippet plugins as the problem keep recurrent. I am running WordPress locally at the moment. When I finish building my website, I will buy domain and upload it. Please could you advise me how to remove the custom code as I believe it’s not properly formatted correctly, which is what’s causing the error.

    I see that you have deleted the Snippet plugin, but still cannot remove the code completely. This might be happening because your database is still holding on to the old data. Using a plugin like this one https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/ should help you remove the old data completely.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your reply. I am using Bitnami wordpress-5.3-0 locally in my machine, and I am learning how to build a website at the moment. I have found manager windows into wordpress folder where I could check Apache Web Server. I opened error log , and I have found many errors, I am going to paste just the last few lines from error log notepad.

    Thank you for your reply. I have been tempted to install the plugin you mentioned above, after I used it, I am not able to open my localhost wordpress. I got the following message “The requested URL was not found on this server.” I am not sure how can I resolve this. I managed to find the debug.log errors notepad, which has got many lines. I have pasted a few of them here earlier, but for some reason, they have been removed from my post.

    Hi there!

    It looks like some of these errors are related to a custom plugin that was added to your site. Can you try to remove this plugin from the wp_content/plugins directory and see if that helps?
