Exclude Product ID from Product Attribute Grid/Shortcode

Available attribute term operators are detailed here:

As you can see there is no way to exclude the current product on the product page.

It is certainly achievable using custom code however but as this is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
