Can someone please explain how to just exclude ‘Sale price’ from the feed when the field is empty? Google is telling me there is an error on any product that does NOT have a sale price. I dont want to exclude the product just have no sale price on any product that is not on sale, surely there is a way.

    Hi @e4deal ,

By default the sale price mapping: https://ibb.co/0p81w1SK by default will only show the sale_price on the feed only if there’s a value on it https://ibb.co/0y34Q6Fb

Try creating a fresh new feed and see if that fixes things.

    Hello

We use GBP as a prefix on Regular Price and Sale Price so google accepts it. So for any product that does not have a sale price the feed just reads GBP with no sale price which returns a feed error. How to resolve please?

    Thanks

    Hi @e4deal ,

I’m unable to replicate that behavior: https://www.loom.com/share/380ab01c57324b7db5ff4982601d06c1

The attribute sale_price is automatically excluded if the value is empty. Can you please confirm what happens if you try creating a new/fresh feed and see if that works?

Alternatively, try using a rule/filter to check if the sale price is empty and assign it a price value. Also, please pass on your debug log.https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi @superlemon1998 ,

Well first of all you are mapping ‘g:price’ to ‘price’ instead of ‘regular price’ which is resulting in your ‘price’ and ‘sale price’ in your feed being the same value. So try the correct mapping first and see what result your get.

Yes we have tried creating another feed and get the same issue.

    Thank you.
