Exclude section search to display result

    Hello,

    We would like to display search result from the content only not from the section under the post/recipe content.

    https://www.beryl.nyc/index.php/search/

    This is our website and when we hit the search button to search keyword, it display the result and when we open any single post, we see the searched keyword not inside the content but is under the content which is a separate section to displays “You May Also Like ” posts.

    We want to restrict search only to fetch keywords or do search within content instead of picking keywords from other sections..

    Hi, yeah all is well

    For sure, here is search page: https://www.beryl.nyc/index.php/search/

    when you search the keyword “India” you’ll be able to see search results. Then if you open the first post of the search result, you see there is no keyword India inside the content but under the content, there is a separate section from where it picks the keyword.

    I can see this is happening because the “You May Also Like” section is also displaying as content on your website as it is created using Elementor.

    You can contact Elementor support to know whether they can exclude this section from search.

    The plugin searches all content added in the content area of the post and there is no option to exclude specific section of the post from the search.
