Hi, I’m having trouble with the exclude shortcode not excluding a webinar.
I have [gotowebinar-calendar exclude=”Private”] But the webinar ‘Private On-boarding – MD’ still shows. Am I doing something wrong or do I not understand the functionality correctly?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @castawayforecasting,

It looks like what you are doing is correct in principle. However, there could be an issue with the quotes you are using in the shortcode. For example when I copy and paste the shortcode in your message I get:

    [gotowebinar-calendar exclude=”Private”]

but if I type out the quote key here it looks like this:

    [gotowebinar-calendar exclude=”Private”]

see how the quotes look different? Maybe try pasting in what I wrong just then into your page and giving it ago. It would be unusual for this not to function right because it’s something I use everyday. I also recommend using the visual editor shortcode builder provided by the plugin which will specify it properly, and if you are using visual composer you can use the GoToWebinar element as well. Thanks,

Yes, I just copied and pasted the shortcode and that was the problem.
I will use the smatcode builder from now on.
This is a great plugin and great service.
Thank you again and I will get the OK to purchase pro soon.
