exclude sidebar from being cached

If your sidebar loads the dynamic content with JavaScript, the JavaScript can be cached and will always pull in the dynamic content. If the sidebar generates static HTML (like a PHP file that outputs actual <video> tags and the like), that is necessarily cached with the rest of the page. The ability to specify sections of a page as cacheable and others as dynamic is something browser vendors are working on building into the HTML spec, but it’s currently impossible.
