  • If your sidebar loads the dynamic content with JavaScript, the JavaScript can be cached and will always pull in the dynamic content. If the sidebar generates static HTML (like a PHP file that outputs actual <video> tags and the like), that is necessarily cached with the rest of the page. The ability to specify sections of a page as cacheable and others as dynamic is something browser vendors are working on building into the HTML spec, but it’s currently impossible.
