Hi, I have created a hover and slider for a product page. Because lazy loading is turned on in the W3 Total Cache settings, it makes the product slider a bit buggy if you hover over an image.

How do I turn off lazy loading for the page /lattenwanden and /pet-vilt?

What I tried is exclude the image links from lazy loading in the User Experience tab under Exclude Words. Here is a screenshot of that: https://imgur.com/YzBrOdI

However, that is not working and the images are still lazy loading.

is there anyway to turn off lazy loading for all images on a single page? That would make things alot easier.

Or maybe someone can tell me what I did wrong in the User Experience settings.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello @spectooo

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

I’ve checked the pages you are mentioning and the slider. I am not sure how it should work, however I am not seeing any problems with changing the images and the slider.

There is no way to exclude the entire page from lazyloading, however, as you mentioned, you can add images to Performance>User Experience>Exclude words: section.
In cases like this you should add the full URL of the image:

    https://insonus.nl/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Black-oak-1.webp

    instead of:

    wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Black-oak-1.webp

Once you add all images you wish to exclude from Lazyloading, make sure to save all settings and purge the cache.

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hey Marko,
Thank you for your quick answer!

So to exclude the images from lazy loading. I simply need to insert the links of each image. Is the correct way? Image here: https://imgur.com/smkNRzN

    Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, that is correct. And I’ve checked the website again and now the images are not Lazyloaded.

    Thanks!
