Exclude single posts from being excerpted?

Is it possible to avoid the auto-excerpt for single posts/sites?

Because I like your extension and want to excerpt everything, but I also have a sticky-post on the homepage that should not be excerpted.

Can I override the auto-exercpt for this single post?
