Exclude some parts of page from caching

    Can I exclude only some dynamic parts of page from caching? I know there is shortcode <!–[wpfcNOT]–>, but in this case all page excluded from caching. But I want to exclude only some dynamic elements. Is that possible?

    If not, maybe You can improve this shortcode system a little bit? For example:
    <!–[wpfcNOT]–>Not cached part of page<!–[/wpfcNOT]–>
