W3 Total Cache plugin is preventing another plugin (wpDisuz) from working properly. When using social login for commenting, the login doesn’t work until the page is manually refreshed. When W3 is deactivated, the comments plugin works fine. I do not have to minify turned on so I cannot use the exclude js files section.

Is there a way to exclude js files from the plugin in other ways? Maybe in the page cache?

    Thanks

    Hello @pizzaboy913

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
Have you by any chance reached out to the support of the mentioned plugin or checked their documentation to see if the plugin is compatible with the caching plugins?
I’ve checked the website and I am not seeing the issue with this when trying to login.
You cannot If minify is not enabled then W3TC does not do anything with the js files of the other plugins except adding the expires header, gzip, etc if Browser cache is enabled.
So you should disable the W3TC settings one by one in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which setting might be causing this.
    Thanks!

Thank you for getting back so quickly. I did check with the plugin developers. They were the ones who suggested excluding the js files. They suggested trying to exclude the js files on “Never cache the following pages” section as well, but that didn’t work.

I will try disabling each section one by one to see what might be causing it.

    Thanks

UPDATE: It appears to be the Browser Cache setting

    Hello @pizzaboy913

    Thank you for the information.
To determine the specific setting that is causing this, re-enable Browser Cache, go to Performance>Browser Cache>General and disable the setting one by one, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which setting might be causing this.
    Thanks!
