My clients requirement is fairly specific. I have a series of attributes, one particular example is Colour so the attribute is ‘Colour’ and the terms are the different colours so it looks like:

    Colour
    – Red
    – Yellow
    – Green
    – Purple

Each colour does have products applied to it however my client doesn’t want one of these to appear in the sidebar for various reasons. With the above example, how do I exclude ‘Green’ from appearing in the list even though there are products assigned to that term?

I have the pro version and would have expected an exclude option in the widget but there isn’t one.

The site is local so unfortunately I can’t give you a link.

    Thanks
    John

    Hi John,

First of all for paid version support you need to contact us via our site https://berocket.com This site is for free version only.

    Support part:
Open filter for edit and scroll to the bottom. There will be ‘<drop-down> values selected in Include / Exclude List’. Select in drop-down ‘Remove’. You will see Include/Exclude List. Click it and select ‘Green’. Green value will not be used now in the filter.

Thanks for the response, I was mistaken I don’t in fact have the paid version (I was thinking of another plugin) and I have no include/exclude options as far as I can see/ Are these not included in the free version?

    Hi John,

This option is in paid version of the plugin. Free version doesn’t have it.
