Exclude specific URL from being cached

Why after all this time such a no-brainer functionality hasn’t been added? I have a security plugin that I change my login URL with, for example, wp-admin to let’s say, logmein. The plugin advises me to remove /logmein from being cached, but I can’t find a way to do that. I understand that I can disable caching for specific pages if I can edit them, but I can’t open /logmein and disable caching for it, so what do I do? Is there a snippet to disable caching for a specific URL?
