Exclude translations

    Hi,
    I was wondering if i could exclude translations for custom posts. In the link attached, we are using custom posts and a shortcode to pull in this directory of businesses. Is there a way to exclude all custom posts and their shortcode results (for example, the titles of each business in this page) from being translated?
    Or is there a way to make it so only certain pages will be translated?
    Or if we opt for the editing option, can we make it so certain words are not translated (for example, i dont want the business names translated – each business is a custom post)
