Exclude URL

I am trying to exclude the CleanTalk plugin from running on a waiver form. Everytime I run the form, I get an error that it is:
*** Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. ***
When I go to Settings > Advanced > Exclusions, I see an area to enter a URL to exclude. However, when I enter the URL, I still get the same error. Can you tell me the best way to exclude the URL in question?
