    Hello

Since the update to version 13.2.8., “Exclude user roles” no longer works.

I hope you all are doing well.

    Greetings

  • It has never worked for me. I have all the roles turned off, yet my own work editing and posting massively drowns out my very small audience. (In all four of the blogs I maintain)

    Hi everyone,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope this email finds you well.

Could you please double-check the following options and make sure they’re disabled?
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Record All Users
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Exclusion > Record Exclusions

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

    Regards,
    Reza

    Hi Reza,

Thanks yes, the setting is as you write.

With version 13.2.8, the function to exclude is not given. With rollback to version 13.2.7, there it all works.

    WordPress current version: 6.1.1

But this displeased me only here the website wegerl.at. All plugins were disabled and still no function of exclusions. Differently whether developer environment or other websites are not so, so there works the version 13.2.8.

    Hello Reza,

Addendum, it seems to me that this is related to the ‘Cache Compatibility’. Once this is disabled, the exclusion works also with version 13.2.8.

But the same is always functional with version 13.2.7.

    Thanks and Regards
