Excluded posts do not stay excluded (saving not holding)

I’ve run into a new bug.
when I exclude posts, (and I have excluded many) they do not remain excluded.
I’ve excluded a few hundred posts, but when I open the excluded posts page it currenlty only shows the following text
You have selected following POST IDs to be excluded from tweeting: “18796,17788,17180,16987,16925,16821,15476,15400,15102,13455,13316,12306,10637,10320,7527,3185,2604,2048,2017”. Note: If you have made any change and dint hit ‘Exclude Selected’ button changes will not be saved.
And now, unlike originally, the list of posts does not show any posts that have been checked off.
When I go into recheck the box to exclude a post (that I have previously excluded). The list above dynamically updates before I hit save

You will notice the end of the list says “43454,,47183”
The newer posts numbers seem to get dummped in the implied range with the double comas ,,
When I then hit the button to ‘Exclude Selected’ posts, only the number of the post that actually showed up after the double coma remains in the list.
in the example above only 47183 was still in that list later.
If I do a search for the other blog posts that I excluded, they do not appear to have a check in the box and do not show up in the coma separated list and the comma separated list, no longer has the double comma to imply other post ids that I cannot see.
Finally, at some point in time, even the posts that are in this list, get reduced and seem to lose their numbers. I can’t see when the list is getting corrupted past this point.
I’m seeing this happen on two different installs running on two different servers.
Other Item
In addition, when I run a filter in the exclude posts page, It brings up results 20 post ids at a time.
Things seem to get buggy when I first exclude all 20 of the results on page 1, and then go to page 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.
It seems like the posts that I initially excluded (by hitting the exclude selected posts button on each page) get deleted from the exclude list when I go to the next page.
There is no way to display more than 20 post ids at a time in the screen options tab for this plugin either.
The more I work with this plugin, the more awesome I realize it could be, but the bugs need to be fixed, or else it just isn’t usable.
