    Hello,

I have some products that I dont want to sync with Facebook but I still want them on my Woocommerce shop. The products are one of a kind items but they are sold and thus out of stock.

In the edit product section in Woocommerce under Facebook I choose “dont sync”, but when I hit the update button I get a message that the product is created on Facebook and the Facebook sync status has been reset to “sync and show”.

I have done this several times before but now it suddently doesn’t work anymore.

Do You have any idea why this is happening?

    Thank You

In order to investigate things, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

The most recent fatal error in the log is this one. We discussed this in another thread. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fatal-error-when-running-background-processing-test/

    Hello @kejserjorn,

I wasn’t able to reproduce this on my test site, do you remember after which plugin update you started having this issue?

Also, try disabling the plugin below temporarily as caching plugins is known to cause some problems with the plugin.
LiteSpeed Cache: af LiteSpeed Technologies – 5.3.1

Look forward to hearing back from you.

I don’t know when it started. It is not something I do often. I noticed it for the first time yesterday.

Products that has previously been excluded still are. But when I try to exclude a new product it just resets to sync and show.

I tried disabling Litespeed Cache. It made no difference.

I understand that only previously excluded products are working as expected.

Can you please try Deleting or Resetting all Facebook Products using this snippet?

Let us know how it goes!
