exclude/include NAVT from category page

Hi,

I have NAVT installed on my wordpresssite to make a menu with pages en categories together. The side is bilangual so I made 2 menu’s. One Dutch, one English. On the dutch menu are all the dutch pages and dutch categories and the same for english. I used the oppertunity to exclude the english pages from the dutch menu, in the display option. But there is no way to exclude some categories from the menu, only posts or pages. Because there will be new posts every now and then, so it’s not wanted to exclude a post from the menu everytime you write one, so I want to exclude the categorie from the list. How can I do that?

Or how can I make a page that shows all the posts from one categorie, like archive is doing, so I can exclude that page from showing in the menu.

I hope I made myself clear. English is definitly not my mothertongue, specially written english ??
