excludin categories

    Hi,
    does anyone know how to exclude some categories returned from the function (contained in metabox.php):

    wp_terms_checklist($post->ID, array( ‘taxonomy’ => $taxonomy, ‘popular_cats’ => $popular_ids ) ) ;

    Solved editing the php in theplugin i am using category-checklist
    funtion wp_category_checklist checking what kin of post is (custom or not) filtering the cats showed in the metabox.
