Excluding a widget and shortcode from being cached

  • I have an opening hours premium plugin in which a dynamic content widget and a shortcode which is cached with the Plugin and want to exclude that from being cached. Is there any hook or a function to exclude it.

    I have tried using set_transient and other wp object cache but no luck.
