excluding categories

Hello Rob,

First of all, thanks for the very useful plugin!

I am using Twentyeleven theme, however I can’t get the plugin to work as intended. I have filled the slug’s (which I have copied from the categories) separated with a comma (no space in between), but somehow some (not al of them) categories keep being displayed. The testsite is traditionalwines.watsonweb.nl. I can’t find out what I am doing wrong. ps The ones excluded are top level categories (some that I don’t want to show).

(have set the debug option, tried the query in phpmyadmin and the query seems to work)
