Excluding Extra Fee when Shipping the Order

  • Hi,

    This plugin works well; however it does not allow me the ability to choose when to apply the extra fee; for example local delivery or shipped via UPS.

    Would you please help me to set the Extra fee only when the purchase is to be delivered locally and exclude when the client decides to have the products shipped via UPS?
