I continue to come across this issue. Essentially, I use the exact same setup, same plugins, same themes for all the websites that I build. When I exclude the logo from being lazy-loaded…sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I use the same exact Litespeed settings for each site too. I paste the direct path to the logo and I have even tried only the filename.

I don’t understand why it works on some websites and some sites it doesn’t work using the exact same settings.

*I have already read through the other support posts but none of those worked.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

    Hi,

Could you please provide the report number ?

You can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Hi,

Ok , now that is weird

    please try:

    1. export your current setting

    2. reset to default

    3. only enable lazload , and add that logo file name into exclude

    4. see if it works that way

    5. if it still not being excluded , now please enable debug log

    ——–

    go to toolbox -> debug

set debug IP to your IP , log level to advice

purge all , go to log viewer tab , clean up current log

then open a new browser window , access your home page

after page is loaded , then refresh the log viewer tab , you should see debug log shows up

now please copy-paste the log to https://paste.ubuntu.com/

then post the link it generated for you.

    Hi,

    in your debug log

    /wp-content/uploads/2020/07/lta-logo-300×221.png
    /wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Sensory-Inclusive-Logo-White-300×228.png
    /wp-content/uploads/2020/07/lta-logo-300×221.png
    /wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Sensory-Friendly-Logo-Black-300×228.png
    /wp-content/uploads/2020/07/lta-logo-300×221.png

it’s not matching the name you set in your exclude list.

try simply use word “lta-logo” , and purge all , see how it goes.

Yep, I think that did the trick! Thanks. How do I test to see if lazyload is working?

    Hi,

you can open dev tool , set network connection to slow 3G or fast 3G, then open the page, you should see images are showing as place holder , that means lazyload is working

    Best regards,
