Excluding Pages

This is a great plugin, I use it on two out of three sites. The problem is the third site which is “pagecentric”. At present Tweetily will indiscriminately post pages, including TOCs, Private Polices etc. It would be great if a future version included an “Exclude Pages” section. In the meantime is there a quick fix I could implement?
