    that can be done using the API’s autoptimize_filter_noptimize filter holgerhubbs, there’s example code in /wp-content/plugins/autoptimize/autoptimize_helper.php_example.

    (with the freshly released 1.9.3 there even are filters to disable just CSS, JS or HTML optimization)
