Excluding related posts

Hi. I would like to know if there is a way to delete a related post on a given post. What I mean is, let’s say I set up the plugin to select 4 related posts and on a given post I want to display only 3 of them. Is there a way to delete one of the 4?
Also, can I decide the order of the list of related posts?
