• Is there any way to execute shortcode in the custom markup area? I want to add my Add To Any shortcode for sharing buttons. [addtoany] Currently, it just outputs that as text. Thanks!

  • Hello, Jphogan!

    Thank you for writing in.

We would like to inform you that the plugin does not support shortcodes in the Custom Markup. However the shortcode is called if you have the short code in Post itself. Then it can be called as #post_content.

    Hope this information was useful.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your quick reply and great support. Unfortunately, that’s not working either. I moved the share buttons to a shortcode in my php file. They output for the first post, but not for subsequent posts. See example here.

    Hello, Jphogan!

Thank you for writing back to us.

Please try adding the shortcode to the post itself from the post editor rather than writing it in the php file.

If you add it to the php file it will be effective for the initial post only.

If you do this than #post_content should call the shortcode.

    Thank you!
