He shaped his unique cooking style in restaurants throughout Europe – from the Mediterranean coast to a exclusive castle in the Belgian Ardennes. Together with his wife Gemma they owned 15 years two successful restaurants in Holland. Executive Chef is about brining the customer delicious meals that are easy to prepare.
